Gift Processing and Data Analytics Specialist, University Advancement (2021-1730)
Reporting to the Director of Advancement Services, and receiving direction from the Database Administrator, the Gift Processing and Data Analytics Specialist (Specialist) is responsible for timely and accurate processing, accounting, reporting and receipting of pledges and gifts received by the CSUSM Foundation. The Specialist is also responsible for assisting the Database Administrator with data requests and reporting. The Specialist is a resource for University staff, faculty and the general public regarding the policies and procedures for the acceptance of gifts and pledges according to the Council for Advancement Support for Education (CASE), CSU and University gift acceptance policies and procedures.
