Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Salary: $2912 per month

Full classification Salary Range: $2912 - $4,592 per month

  • This is a full-time (equivalent to 40 hours per week), probationary, non-exempt position.

The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 14 paid holidays a year. Job Summary

The Imaging Center is responsible for the processing of all incoming official transcripts and documents for all students of all levels. Staff in the Imaging Center perform a wide range of moderate to complex clerical responsibilities such as entering transcripts into PeopleSoft, assisting with imaging of documents using OnBase Imaging Software, indexing documents to students' records, performing data entry in uAchieve (DARS), and answering staff inquiries regarding normal day-to-day imaging and document processing functions.

Key Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of office methods and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Possession of good oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency and proficiency in using standard office software (Word, Excel or related software, email, and internet usage)
  • Demonstrated experience handling moderate to complex clerical work assignments involving the use of independent judgement and discretion

Education and Experience

  • Completion of a high school program, technical/vocational program or their equivalents
  • Two years of progressively responsible clerical experience
  • Experience working in a high data entry environment
